Top that off with friendly staff, absolutely astonishing food, and masterfully crafted drinks.

Taco Guild prefers to source ingredients from local farms for their recipes. The focus on sustainability goes further than the menu as Taco Guild upcycles as much as possible. You can plainly see their dedication to sustainability with the eclectic collection of plates being used for food service. Each plate is different in texture, color, each possesses its own story, and they have all been given a second life at Taco Guild.

    Taco Guild's happy hour is an epic event consisting of mounds of masterfully crafted tacos and tequila. You can bye-bye to ordinary, everyday spinach dip and welcome in a new perspective on a tired and old recipe. At The Henry they serve Warm Kale & Truffle Dip not spinach dip. If you want to get your hands on some old fashioned spinach dip you will have to go to a lesser restaurant.

    The drinks served during happy hour are mind-blowingly brilliant with discounted beers, wines, mules, margaritas, and cocktails. The Henry has three amazing mules on the happy hour menu: Fig and Ginger Mule, Passion Fruit Mule, and Pomegranate Mule. This is the kind of restaurant you can find blue collar workers eating next to politicians.

    The staff at The Arrogant Butcher is professional, polite, and precise making the dining experience one that resembles fine dining. Spectacular staff and high-end food & drinks in an upscale atmosphere, it all sounds great but the main reason we were there was to try out The Arrogant Butcher's happy hour.

    On the happy menu there is a good selection of food to drink to choose from. A few food items that we couldn't get enough of are the soft pretzels, smoked carnitas nachos, and the toast with house made spreads. So delish! The happy menu offers many deeply discounted drinks such as mules, beers, wine by the glass, cocktails, and shots. The Arrogant Butcher's happy hour is fairly fantastic but be prepared to plan a return visit. One look at their menu and you are bound to find three or four entrees that you will want to try.     The Roaring Fork's happy hour will inspire you to eat and drink more than your fill without the guilt. The happy hour menu has a plethora of items that you will not be able to pass up. Caesar salad, tortilla soup, fresh guacamole, rotisserie chicken flat bread, grilled fish tacos, a "big ass" burger, pork wings, and much more are all available for a discount on the happy hour menu.

    The happy hour drinks are equally impressive including margaritas, martinis, Manhattan's, mojitos, and my personal favorite The Adult Arnold Palmer. For those not familiar with an Arnold Palmer its lemonade and iced tea mixed over ice. Add a couple shots of high quality vodka and you have The Adult Arnold Palmer.     St. Francis serves up a happy hour menu with their latest culinary and mixology creations included. Soups, salads, bread and cheeses, meatballs, seafood, an open face roast beef sandwich that deserves its own holiday, plus much more are available for a fraction of the price during happy hour.

    The drink list on the happy hour menu at St. Francis is quite extensive with a little something for everyone. If you’re a beer drinker you will be happy to know they discount beer every way you can get to it; can, bottle, or draft. If you are looking for a more sophisticated beverage St. Francis' happy hour menu includes red and white wines, sangria, and some of the finest concoctions you have ever placed to your lips. The proprietor of Rosie McCaffrey's has been running Irish pubs and celebrating Ireland's rich legacy of hospitality for more than three decades. Rosie McCaffrey's is the latest creation in a lineup of Irish pubs that are so traditionally Irish it would make a lauperchan feel at home.

    Rosie McCaffrey's happy hour is weekdays from 3pm to 7pm but the good times start well before that. There are always friendly folks around the bar that are willing to share a pint and a good story. This is the type of place where people walk in as strangers and leave as friends.
